Define, Design & Deliver

At Deepcblue we have an independent uncomplicated systematic approach to consulting.  We understand the sensitivities to cost experienced by most organisations in the early stages of a deployment and the need for clear reporting free from caveats or conditions.

We operate a Define, Design, Deliver approach giving the client clear cost analysis against agreed Statements Of  Work.  These three stages are described below.

Define  

1-5 days consulting Design Brief  - a document which scopes the issue to be addressed  and ensures that both the client and Deepcblue have a common understanding of the deliverable, its cost and content. 

Design

Statement-Of-Work from Design Stage  - a document which defines the business or technical issue to be overcome and describes the resource - technology and processes needs to resolve it.

Deliver

Statement-Of-Work from Design Stage - this phase entails the fully managed mobilisation of the resources described in the Design stage. Delivered to the satisfaction of all parties.

This approach, coupled with sensible rates and a realistic approach to expenses gives the client confidence that Deepcblue delivers real value at all stages of an engagement.
